P-VAL Conseil is a team of around thirty consultants with a variety of backgrounds: we recruit profiles from business schools, engineering schools, political studies institutes, intercultural management training, legal training, etc. Our team includes experts in sales, legal affairs and compliance, former members of the banking sector, etc. Thus, our consultants enrich P-VAL’s world through the diversity of their academic and professional backgrounds. It is this variety of profiles that constitutes the strength of our collective of consultants specializing in business transformation.

Our expertise is not in changing company strategy, but rather in creating performance. Being a consultant at P-VAL means helping the client to align its strategy with market expectations by activating the human levers within the company: the teams. How do you create a shift in the way your teams act and think so that they carry out the strategy you have defined with a market-oriented objective?
