After a course in management of complex systems at CentraleSupélec, I wanted to develop a new perspective on the performance of organisations. The very robust academic base of the Worlds approach and the tools developed by P-Val by Circle Strategy now give me complete satisfaction. In 2 years, I feel I have added a string to my bow thanks to the commitment and professionalism I have found at P-Val by Circle Strategy at all levels. It is a chance to work in a firm on a human scale in which everyone has the opportunity to develop on complex and ambitious missions, but also within our internal projects to be an actor in the development of the firm. Each P-Valien has a key role to play!

For me, P-Val by Circle Strategy = progress. All newcomers follow a very solid training programme on the firm’s methodologies, feedback on assignments is systematic and we are coached by our mentor which guarantees rapid progress throughout our career. “Crossing a performance threshold”: this is what P-Val by Circle Strategy promises to its clients and above all to its employees. Since I joined P-Val by Circle Strategy, I have had the opportunity to participate in consulting projects in different sectors, such as banking, insurance, and industry. One of the greatest things of working here, is being in close collaboration with very experienced profiles of the firm: this has allowed me to cross a real gap in terms of skills and attitude expected on our projects. Furthermore, I appreciated the fact that I was quickly given responsibility for external and internal programs, and the possibility of being in direct contact with clients while contributing concretely to all deliverables. The possibility of evolving in challenging missions, with P-Valiens, who are there to accompany us in our progress, is a real driving force on a daily basis!

In a world where digital, AI and data exploitation are becoming essential levers of performance, being able to act as an intermediary between technology and business is an important issue for our clients’ projects. This is the role I want to play and for which we value P-Val by Circle Strategy engineers!
