Become a Sales Leader. Here the objective is to respond to the client’s problem with a differentiating promise. Become the one who influences future calls for tender. The training is aimed at key players in the BtoB sales field: anyone who contributes to the sales process: pre-sales, sales representatives, project teams, sales managers, bid managers.

 

The pedagogical objectives are as follows: 

  • Understand the sales cycle and the customer decision cycle
  • Move from selling products/offers to selling solutions
  • Deepen and practice the different steps of the complex sales cycle
  • Know how to position yourself in the cycle for each deal
