{"id":62415,"date":"2024-05-21T14:31:55","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T12:31:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pval.com\/?p=62415"},"modified":"2024-05-21T14:31:55","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T12:31:55","slug":"fight-the-6-killers-of-strategy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pval.com\/en\/fight-the-6-killers-of-strategy.html","title":{"rendered":"Fight the 6 killers of your strategy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Strategy in business is too often a subject reserved for specialists in the strategy department or for top management.<\/strong> They are certainly the key elements, but to succeed they need to involve the teams who are in contact with customers and those who will implement the strategy more closely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>That&#8217;s why P-VAL&#8217;s ambition is to &#8220;Democratise strategy&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For us, this is a major focus for creating Better Worlds that are more sustainable, shared, fair and efficient.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is to identify the &#8220;killers&#8221; of strategy. The elements that are missed from the outset will lead to strategic failure and will condemn us to battle against a new, highly competitive environment, with a historic World that may have been successful yesterday but will no longer be tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Killer 1<\/strong>: underestimating the inertia of corporate culture in the face of strategic change.
